The wine has a light straw-yellow colour with pale grey hints and on the nose it's strong and expressive. It displays an incredible range of aromas, from acacia flowers (when it is young to tomato leaves and spices (when it is aged).

Once decanted, the wine stays on fine lees for about 6 months.
