A wine born from a dream
Father Luigi knew that the highest vineyards, where the land is dryer, hid a treasure: a particularly healthy grape, stronger scented and rich in aromas.
Today, it is for him that the “Subida di Monte” winery produces Fuart, a wine with intense notes and a particular flavour that comes from that precious grape and is the result of a process in the cellar that respects and highlights the characteristics of the product.
